There are no formalities, no one telling you when to speak and for how long - just other business people waiting to hear what you have to say. No formailty, no speeches (bar an introductory "hello" of 2-3 minutes) and, in common with the First Friday format - free!

If you understand the value of face to face networking - come along - if you haven't yet experienced it - come along - its informal, friendly and people do business!
