WHISTLEBLOWERS provides the solution, creating a route by which employees bring information about fraud or deceit to your attention with immunity, anonymity, confidentiality and without fear of repercussion - the barriers that normally stop information flow.
Removing such hurdles is the key to the scheme's success. The COST may be as little as one pound per day.

HOW THE SCHEME WORKS
  • Every employee is issued with an introductory pack and a credit card sized authorisation card;
  • The card details an 0800 number. This number is unique to our client and for that organisation's sole use
  • The 0800 number may be used at any time, day or evening, weekday or weekend
  • The only other detail on the card is an authorisation number. This number does not identify the cardholder but will identify the client organisation
  • When the number is dialled, the call will be taken by an experienced investigator, whose job, above all else, is to listen. The caller remains anonymous, unless he/she wishes otherwise.
  • Details of the call are recorded, and a synopsis of the conversation reiterated to the employee. The greatest benefit to the caller is that he/she may talk freely, without fear of repercussion, without fear of his/her identity being revealed. He/she is free to impart as little or as much as they wish - with the confidence that the matter will be handled professionally and discreetly.
  • A synopsis of the information is collated and forwarded securely to a nominated person within the organisation

  • A review meeting is held once a month between a senior investigator and the client's nominated manager, or, if required, on eight hours notice. This provides the opportunity for discussion of further action, if required, and of any implications that may have arisen

CONFIDENTIALITY

The scheme is a confidential service for a client's employees. Unless they wish to do so, the caller need not reveal their identity. WHISTLEBLOWERS call-handlers do not know the identity of the person they are speaking to.
  • Set-Up Cost is minimised - just thirty pounds plus two pounds-fifty per employee pack and authorisation card *
  • Ongoing Fees . WHISTLEBLOWERS costs just one pound per day regardless of the number of employees in the organisation. This covers the cost of 0800 number provision and includes ongoing administration and a monthly review meeting.
  • Consultation Calls Are charged at only 80 pence / minute, for time spent in telephone consultation, writing up and forwarding. This is inclusive of 0800 number call charges.
