Mystery Shopping Programmes - Licensed Trade: The “Challenge 21” initiative encourages retailers and licensees to seek proof of age from anybody who appears to be under the age of 21. Sadly, the efforts of pub companies and retailers sometimes fall short od Challenge 21 requirements. Our "Mystery Shoppers" - all appearing of questionable age - test out your companies Challenge 21 procedures and assess whether, on the ground, they are being adhered to.
